Refund Policy

The following applies to all Profit Strategies classes and products:

Any credit towards the purchase of a service or product that a student receives from Profit Strategies must be used by student within one year from the date the order was executed by student. Please note that there may be registration requirements that the Student must satisfy in order to purchase these classes and products. We reserve the right to refuse offer.

Special limited time offers have terms and conditions which differ from those set forth here. In those circumstances, the refund policy stated in the special limited time offer shall apply.

Here on out, Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be referred to as RMA#.

Any class or product purchased at a class may be cancelled at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction.

The registration for these classes is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after 7 days from the date this order is executed by student. Please note that you will be given a credit good for one year towards a future class if a specific class is not confirmed within seven (7) days. If Student has signed up for a specific class location and desires to change class locations, Student's request shall be honored provided that PSG can fill Student's reserved spot at the original location with another person. If PSG cannot fill Student's reserved spot then Student's request to change class locations shall not be granted.

AIM Class Lifetime Repeat

This product is non-refundable unless canceled within 3 days from the date the order form was executed by the Student. No refunds are available after expiration of this three (3) day period. Student's purchase order is non-transferable and no credit is available if Student fails to attend.

Creative Trade Coaching class
Jumpstart to Trading class

If the Student is unsatisfied with the first session, Student has 48 hours to request a refund. In addition, should a Student miss one or more sessions of Coaching, no credit is available for the missed session(s) and Student's only recourse is to access the pre-recorded sessions available for a limited amount of time via the Profit Strategies Web site. If Student has signed up for a specific 8-week coaching session and desires to change sessions, Student's request shall be honored provided that Profit Strategies can fill Student's reserved spot for the original session with another student. If Profit Strategies cannot fill Student's reserved spot for the original session then Student's request to change coaching sessions shall not be granted. Coaching requires a computer with the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari, and the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Your Internet connection must be DSL, cable or higher (minimum speed of 512KBps upload/download). Access to live seminar audio is provided via a US toll free teleconference number, or you can use a Skype account to dial in to the audio feed (which will increase the minimum speed requirement for your Internet connection).

Optionetics 2-day Class

Part One: Student is guaranteed the right to withdraw from the training program by 12:00pm (noon) of day one of the training class scheduled above, or within twenty one (21) days from the enrollment date, whichever occurs first. The class materials must be returned in reusable condition to one of our representatives at the class between the hours of 9:30am and 12:00 noon. Part Two: If Student does not make a 300% return of the tuition paid hereunder, Student may choose to receive a 100% refund of the tuition or receive personal training for up to one year. To qualify, Student must open and close thirty-six (36) Optionetics Limited Risk Options Trades within six (6) months of the enrollment date. Student must submit copies of broker statements and any other documents requested by Optionetics. All such documentation must be submitted within seven (7) months of the enrollment date.

Personal Mentoring Program

This product is non-refundable unless canceled within 3 days from the date the order form was executed by the Student. No refunds are available after expiration of this three (3) day period. Student's purchase order is non-transferable and no credit is available if Student fails to attend.

OASIS

OASIS is non-refundable unless canceled within 3 days from the date the order form was executed by the Student. No refunds are available after expiration of this three (3) day period. Student's purchase order is non-transferable and no credit is available if Student fails to attend.

AIM Home Study Course

This product is non-refundable unless canceled within 3 days from the date the order form was executed by the Student. No refunds are available after expiration of this three (3) day period. Student's purchase order is non-transferable and no credit is available if Student fails to attend.

Habits of Highly Profitable Traders

Student has thirty days from the date of purchase to obtain a refund of the purchase price, which does not include shipping and handling charges, provided that Student obtains a "RMA#" from Customer Service and returns the purchased item within such thirty (30) day period.

Platinum and Platinum Express

Platinum and Platinum Express Monthly Subscriptions - No refunds are available once Student purchases the subscription. Monthly subscriptions shall be automatically re-billed every four weeks until the subscription is canceled by Student. In addition, Students may not suspend the subscription and restart it at a later date. Platinum Express Annual subscription - No refunds are available upon expiration of the free trial period. If Student does not return the Quick Start Guide in reusable condition within 14 days of receiving their RMA #, Student shall be charged $75.00. In addition, Students may not suspend the Platinum Express subscription and restart at a later date. Platinum Annual subscription - No refunds are available. Students may not suspend the Platinum subscription and restart at a later date.

Systems Trader Publication WaveFinder Publication

Available to U.S. residents only. Yearly Subscription: Student can obtain a refund of the full purchase price up until the second issue of the Student's subscription is available on the Profit Strategies Web site. After the second issue of your yearly subscription the refund is available on a pro-rated basis at the monthly billing rate of $175 up to the equivalent of the amount paid for the offer. Monthly Subscription: No refunds are available. Monthly subscriptions to the publications are automatically re-billed every 4 weeks until the subscription is canceled by student. Quarterly Subscription: Refunds are available on a pro-rated basis at the monthly billing rate of $175. Quarterly subscriptions are automatically re-billed every 12 weeks until the subscription is canceled by student.

Technical Analysis 3 CD-ROM Set

This product is non-refundable unless canceled within 3 days from the date the order form was executed by the Student. No refunds are available after expiration of this three (3) day period. Student's purchase order is non-transferable and no credit is available if Student fails to attend.

ValueGain/ ProfitSource/ OptionGear

Student has thirty days from the date of order to obtain a refund of the purchase price, which does not include shipping and handling charges, provided that Student obtains a "RMA#" from Customer Service and returns the purchased item within such thirty (30) day period. If product is not returned in new condition, a minimum $99 restocking fee will apply. This product is a single user license. It is non-transferable and not eligible for resale.. Guide to ProfitSource CD-ROM

This product is non-refundable unless canceled within 3 days from the date the order form was executed by the Student. No refunds are available after expiration of this three (3) day period. Student's purchase order is non-transferable and no credit is available if Student fails to attend. This product requires ValueGain software.

Trading Zone

The registration for the Trading Zone is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after 7 days from the date this order is executed by student. In addition, should a Student miss one or more sessions of Coaching, no credit is available for the missed session(s) and Student's only recourse is to access the pre-recorded sessions available for a limited amount of time via the Profit Strategies Web site. Students must have attended the Creative Trade Coaching to be eligible for the Trading Zone. The Trading Zone classes must begin within 30 days from date of purchase. The Trading Zone subscription may not be suspended once the student has started their subscription, i.e. taken their first class. Coaching requires a computer with the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari, and the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
